Job summary

Danaher is seeking a seasoned Manager of EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region. You will drive accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while mentoring a multi-level team and partnering with HR, Finance, and vendors.

You will oversee regulatory adherence, implement process improvements, and manage data-driven payroll reporting. The role offers remote work options and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll within a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–9 years' payroll experience.
• 3–5 years processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with focus on regulations.
• CPP certification.
• Strategic thinking in resolving payroll issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements; verify payroll payments.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development; oversee PTO scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation; support system enhancements with HRIS/IT teams.
• Monitor tickets and inquiries (ServiceNow) and feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
