Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, timely payroll delivery. The role involves guiding a multi-level team, audits, and collaboration with HR, Finance and external vendors.

You will develop and implement payroll processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance across countries. The position offers remote work eligibility and strategic direction from the Corporate payroll organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business administration or HR.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience in EMEA with tax, compliance and labor-law focus.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage teams through change.
• CPP certification or equivalent credential.
• Experience leading payroll audits and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles for the MEDNA region with timely, accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal payroll audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with country and regional labor laws and tax requirements.
• Oversee payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS/IT teams.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
