Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations for the MEDNA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. You will partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to drive improvements across multiple countries.

You will lead a multi-level payroll team, monitor KPIs, maintain process documentation, and support system enhancements. The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and supports a global, flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or HR and 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years of complex EMEA payrolls with regulatory/ tax knowledge.
• Proven leadership and change-management abilities.
• CPP certification or equivalent credential preferred.
• Strong strategic and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles for the MEDNA region with accuracy and timeliness.
• Approve payroll payments and conduct audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Manage payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors; monitor KPIs and process improvements.
