Danaher is seeking a qualified EMEA Payroll Manager to lead and optimize payroll operations across MEDNA region. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. This position offers the flexibility of remote work where eligible, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with focus on regulations, tax and labor laws.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to lead through change and implement new processes with effective performance management.
• CPP certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across the region, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare payroll audit documentation for regional scope.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements; oversee payments.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development; oversee PTO scheduling and hiring decisions.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS and IT teams.
