Danaher is seeking an experienced Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region. You will ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and compliance with country and regional regulations, while guiding a multi-level payroll team and collaborating with HR and Finance.

This role supports flexible remote work arrangements and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll, with a focus on process improvements, audits, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in EMEA payrolls with focus on regulations and tax.
• CPP certification is required or preferred.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Lead a multi-level payroll team, including capacity planning and development.
• Coordinate audits and external/internal documentation for payroll.
• Provide payroll reports and insights to HR and Finance and drive continuous improvements.
