Danaher is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will audit payments, manage the payroll team, and provide reports to HR and Finance.

The role supports remote work arrangements and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll, with responsibilities spanning process documentation, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years managing complex EMEA payrolls with regulatory focus.
• Proven leadership experience and change-management ability.
• CPP certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles across the MEDNA region with audits for accuracy.
• Prepare external and internal payroll audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with country/regional labor laws and tax requirements.
• Manage payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Oversee PTO scheduling, hiring decisions, and KPI data analysis.
• Maintain payroll process docs and support system enhancements with HRIS/IT.
