Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. You will manage a multi-level payroll team and partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to drive governance and continuous improvement.

The role offers remote work eligibility and opportunities to execute audits, optimize processes, and report KPIs, while aligning with global payroll standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 7–9 years payroll experience overall.
• 3–5 years processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification is required.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Experience with vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region and ensure timely processing.
• Approve payroll payments, conduct audits, and verify accuracy of amounts.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll reports and insights.
