Job summary

Danaher is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and strong stakeholder collaboration within the Corporate payroll function.

The position supports flexible remote work arrangements and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll, part of the Enterprise Payroll organization. A CPP-certified leader with 7–9 years of payroll experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or HR.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience; 3–5 years in complex EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification required; strong leadership and change-management skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles for the EMEA region with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, tax requirements and labor laws across jurisdictions.
• Audit payroll processes and prepare documentation for internal/external audits.
• Direct payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to deliver payroll insights and reports.
