Danaher is hiring a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead and optimize payroll operations across the MEDNA region. The role requires building a high-performing payroll team, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and collaborating with HR, Finance, and vendors. Remote-friendly with potential on-site needs.

Candidates should have CPP and extensive EMEA payroll experience. The successful candidate will drive KPIs, improve processes, and oversee audits and documentation to sustain high-quality payroll delivery

Formación

• 7–9 years of payroll experience with focus on EMEA regulations and tax law.
• 3–5 years in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls.
• Proven leadership experience and change-management capabilities.
• CPP certification is required and valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles across the MEDNA region with timely processing.
• Approve payroll payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax requirements.
• Manage payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for reports and insights.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements.
