Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in Europe. The role is remote or hybrid from an office in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will lead the sale of premium Human Factors advisory services and build trusted relationships with clients across the EMEA region. You will translate customer needs into tailored solutions, drive a strong pipeline, and collaborate with experts to close multi-million-dollar deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year) and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Articulates Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manages client interactions to close sales.
• Develops and maintains a robust sales pipeline across the EMEA region, including travel to key accounts and events.
• Collaborates with SMEs to craft tailored advisory service solutions that address customer needs.
• Contributes to marketing strategy and identifies industry events to represent the company.
