We are seeking an EMEA Customer Success Manager to onboard, support, and renew a portfolio of customers across Europe, delivering measurable value and fostering long‑term partnerships with Propeller.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a B2B SaaS customer portfolio.
• Onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion lifecycle experience.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and teams.
• Willingness to travel within the EU.

Aufgaben

• Drive onboarding and success planning for EMEA customers.
• Ensure renewals and expansion through value realization.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with customers.
