Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to support the EMEA region. You will onboard customers, deliver tailored training, and build strong stakeholder relationships to drive adoption and satisfaction.

You will leverage Gainsight and Salesforce to monitor engagement, identify opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to enhance overall customer experience. Travel to meet clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
• Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline preferred
• 3+ years in customer success or similar roles
• Proficiency in Gainsight/Salesforce is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers promptly and conduct remote and in-person training sessions.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Monitor customer data to identify opportunities for engagement and value creation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and success.
• Capture customer engagement activities in Gainsight.
