Job summary

ShopFully is seeking a Growth Leader to own Marketplace MAU Growth end to end across Europe, leading a pod of engineers and designers with accountability for outcomes. You will drive acquisition, activation, retention and monetization, own CAC/LTV, and scale successful features across markets.

You will partner with Growth, Data and Design to align performance marketing with product-led retention, ensuring a seamless experience for shoppers in multiple markets and languages.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in app growth and MAU growth across markets.
• Experience leading a Product Builder pod (engineers + designers) with end-to-end accountability.
• Fluent English and ability to operate in a global, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full growth funnel for marketplaces: acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Lead a Product Builder pod with end-to-end accountability: discovery, delivery, measurement.
• Scale proven growth strategies across multiple markets (Italy, Canada, Germany, etc.).
• Manage acquisition channels beyond paid (email, push, ASO, partnerships).
• Connect growth to monetization with Retail Media and data partnerships.
• Run experimentation as a system: cohorts, holdouts, incrementality.
