Qualifications

• 2+ years as Account Manager or Growth Consultant in B2B SaaS (SMB or mid-market, DACH).
• Native-level German and fluent English are required.
• Experience using prompts/workflows to automate processes with AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal pipeline and run quarterly business reviews with top accounts.
• Identify and convert expansion signals to revenue (upgrades, add-ons, group plans).
• Be the product expert, test new features, and communicate updates to customers.
