Kotter EMEA is seeking a results-driven senior consultant to help scale client work, business development and team collaboration with a high degree of autonomy within a lean EMEA team, supported by a broader North American organization.

Location: Remote role with a preference for candidates based in the UK or Spain. The position offers growth, opportunities to broaden responsibilities in client delivery, business development and operations, and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Fluency in spoken and written English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver solutions that scale client work, business development and team collaboration.
• Plan and deliver client events and meetings; create high-quality client materials.
• Analyse internal client data and external research to enhance solution design.
• Build processes for effective team collaboration across the EMEA region.
