Teleperformance Spain is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities across EMEA. You will engage prospects via outbound calls and emails, qualify needs, and guide clients toward Google Cloud solutions, while leveraging Salesforce CRM.

The role targets B2B sales with quota attainment, requiring a technical degree and strong communication skills in English and Ukrainian. A hybrid Barcelona work model is offered with potential for growth.

Formación

• BA/BS degree, technical degree preferred.
• C2 level Ukrainian and C1 level English.
• At least 3 years B2B sales or business development in outbound IT.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud concepts.
• Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet quotas in a phone-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Hit quarterly KPIs and maintain daily/weekly activity.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high potential prospects.
• Execute outbound prospecting via calls and emails.
• Educate customers on offerings and guide to solutions.
• Maintain CRM data in Salesforce and track opportunities.
• Work toward team and individual targets for KPIs.
