Teleperformance in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive new business across EMEA. You will identify opportunities, engage with prospects, educate on Google Cloud solutions and guide them along the sales path via outbound calls and emails.

You will work within a fast-paced sales team, hit quarterly targets, and manage CRM data in Salesforce. A hybrid Barcelona role with relocation support and ongoing training is offered.

Formación

• BA/BS degree, technical field preferred.
• 3+ years B2B outbound IT sales experience.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (C2/C1).
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Hit quarterly KPIs and maintain high activity levels weekly.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, sourcing new business and upsell opportunities.
• Outreach to prospects via outbound calls and emails; build rapport and qualify needs.
• Educate customers on available cloud solutions and map to business needs.
• Capture and maintain data in Salesforce; track leads, contacts, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to achieve personal and group targets.
