Cross Border Talents is seeking a Ukrainian Technical Sales Representative in Barcelona to join the EMEA Business Development team. You will engage with European businesses, identify challenges, and position Cloud and Security solutions to create qualified opportunities.

You will work in a hybrid Barcelona setting, collaborating with sales and technical teams while developing cloud knowledge. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, KPI-driven performance, and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B sales, business development or IT sales experience.
• Ukrainian at C2 or higher level.
• English at C1 level.
• Experience with outbound sales, prospecting or cold calling.
• Experience with a CRM; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact businesses across EMEA by phone and email to identify new sales opportunities.
• Speak with owners, managers and C-level decision-makers.
• Understand their challenges and discover technical needs.
• Introduce Cloud and Security solutions and explain their business value.
• Qualify opportunities and connect prospects with the sales team.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM data in Salesforce/CRM.
• Work toward personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop knowledge of Cloud, Google Cloud and security technologies through training.
