Teleperformance SE is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive new business in the EMEA region from Barcelona. You will profile prospects, understand needs, and guide them to Google Cloud and security solutions through outbound calls and emails.

You will join a fast-growing Sales Development team, responsible for meeting individual quotas while contributing to the team’s pipeline. This hybrid Barcelona role requires Spanish C2 and English C1, plus 3+ years in B2B IT sales.

Formación

• B2B sales experience is required.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts, especially Google Cloud Platform, is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Hit quarterly KPIs and activity targets.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, identify high-potential prospects, and upsell.
• Execute outbound prospecting via calls and emails to source opportunities.
• Educate customers on available cloud solutions and build value.
• Contact C-level decision-makers and qualify needs for next steps.
