Job summary

Teleperformance SE in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to be the first contact for EMEA businesses. You will identify opportunities, engage with prospects, understand their needs, and guide them toward Google Cloud solutions via outbound calls and emails.

As part of the Sales Development team, you will drive new business, build rapport with prospects, and maintain CRM data while targeting personal and team KPIs in a hybrid Barcelona-based role.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of B2B outbound sales experience in IT/cloud.
• Ability to connect business needs with cloud solutions and build value.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Hit quarterly KPIs and maintain activity levels daily/weekly.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts; identify high-potential prospects.
• Execute outbound prospecting via calls and emails; engage C-levels.
• Understand pain points, gather tech requirements, map to Google Cloud.
• Update CRM with leads, accounts, opportunities and activities.
• Work toward team and individual goals for pipeline and conversion.
