Teleperformance SE in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive new business across EMEA. You will identify opportunities, engage prospects, uncover needs, and guide them to Google Cloud solutions through outbound calls and emails, working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.

You will hit KPIs, manage a Salesforce-based pipeline, and collaborate with a team to qualify leads, craft proposals, and move opportunities along the sales path.

Formación

• BA/BS degree, technical degree desired.
• C2 level of Polish and C1 level of English.
• 3+ years B2B Sales or Business development in outbound IT.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts, Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and maintain CRM data.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong communication, time management, pipeline management and goal-oriented mindset.
• Desirable cloud certification and local market knowledge (Spain/EMEA).

Responsabilidades

• Hit quarterly KPIs and maintain activity levels daily and weekly.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying high-potential prospects.
• Execute outbound prospecting via calls and emails to source and engage prospects.
• Educate customers on offerings and guide them to the right Google Cloud solutions.
• Build rapport with C-level decision makers and assess needs.
• Update and maintain data in Salesforce and manage leads, contacts and opportunities.
