Job summary

Teleperformance SE is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Barcelona to drive new business across EMEA through outbound calls and emails. You will identify customer needs, map them to Google Cloud-based solutions, and guide prospects toward the right sales paths in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

You will join a hybrid team, working with sales and engineering to expand the customer base, achieve targets, and develop your skills through ongoing training and Google product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; technical degree desired.
• Minimum 3 years B2B outbound sales in IT.
• Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1).
• Knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Hit quarterly KPIs and daily/weekly activity targets.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to spot high-potential prospects.
• Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact and engage customers.
• Educate customers on cloud solutions and build value for next steps.
• Update and maintain data in Salesforce CRM; manage leads and opportunities.
