Teleperformance in Barcelona seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive new business across EMEA. You will engage prospects via outbound calls and emails, understand security needs, and guide clients to Cloud-based solutions.

Join a fast-growing team and help unlock opportunities through effective prospecting. You will work with a cross-functional team, managing a pipeline and hitting quarterly targets while expanding Teleperformance’s customer base in the region.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or technical degree preferred.
• Experience in B2B outbound IT sales.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts and Google Cloud Platform.

Responsabilidades

• Hit quarterly KPIs and maintain activity levels daily/weekly.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts identifying high potential prospects, including upsell.
• Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospects.
• Educate customers on offerings and value propositions.
• Perform daily outbound calls and emails, reach C-level decision makers, build rapport, assess needs.
• Relate customer pain points to Cloud solutions and demonstrate value.
• Update CRM data and manage leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities in Salesforce.com.
• Align with team goals and KPIs like productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline.
