Teleperformance SE in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive new business across EMEA. You will identify prospects, engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward cloud-based security solutions via outbound calls and emails.

You will work within a fast-paced Sales Development team, targeting revenue growth and pipeline formation. The role focuses on outbound and inbound campaigns, requires quota achievement, and offers a hybrid working model

Formación

• Experience in B2B outbound sales in IT/cloud environments.
• Ability to map customer needs to cloud solutions and drive next steps.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Hit quarterly KPIs and maintain activity levels.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high potential prospects and upsell.
• Execute outbound prospecting via calls and emails to source and engage businesses.
• Educate customers on cloud offerings and build value for next steps.
• Contact decision makers and qualify needs through solution-selling.
