Teleperformance in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to identify and close security-focused sales opportunities. You will profile prospects, discover needs, and drive new business through outbound and inbound campaigns, primarily via phone.

You will work toward individual targets within a larger sales team, expanding Teleperformance's customer base across EMEA in a fast-paced, cloud-focused environment. Fluency in English and French is required.

Formación

• BA/BS technical degree is required.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken skills.
• C2 level French is required.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales/outbound IT experience.
• Solid knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and cloud services.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve quarterly performance metrics and KPIs.
• Develop sales workflows and outbound campaigns.
• Hit team and individual targets for productivity and pipeline.
• Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities in Salesforce.
• Pitch cloud security solutions and upsell to customers.
• Explain Google products and value to diverse customers.
• Make daily outbound calls and emails to decision makers.
• Maintain a portfolio of accounts with high potential.
