A leading dermatology company is looking for an E-Key Account Manager responsible for managing and developing key digital customers primarily in Spain and secondarily in France and Portugal. This role involves driving online growth through strategic partnership with eRetailers and executing commercial strategies. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in digital sales, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. An entrepreneurial mindset and knowledge of Amazon dynamics are also essential.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Key Account Management or Digital Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplaces and their commercial levers.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

Job Title: E-KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – SPAIN, FRANCE & PORTUGAL

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
Scope: 70% Spain / 30% France & Portugal

Job Description

As an E-Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key digital customers across Spain (primary market) and France and Portugal (secondary markets). You will drive profitable online growth for our brands by building joint business plans with strategic eRetailers and ensuring best-in‑class execution across marketplaces and digital pure players.

You will work in close collaboration with Marketing, Digital, Trade/Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal teams to define commercial strategies, optimize execution and accelerate online performance across the covered markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Ownership & P&L

  • Own and monitor the customer-level P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning for assigned accounts, in line with targets

Account Management & Growth Strategy

  • Manage commercial and operational relationships with assigned eRetailers across Spain, France and Portugal
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to maximize visibility, conversion and sales
  • Define assortment strategy, promotional calendars and activation plans by platform
  • Negotiate trading terms and joint initiatives (where applicable), ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and approval processes

Performance & Execution

  • Analyze performance across key KPIs (sell-in / sell-out, traffic, conversion, campaigns and assortment) and define corrective action plans with internal stakeholders
  • Work in close collaboration with the Digital Shelf Manager to optimize the digital shelf and user experience across all platforms, ensuring best-in‑class eCommerce standards:
    • Content quality (PDP), SEO, images and video, A+ content (where applicable)
    • Ratings & reviews, product availability, pricing strategy and correct execution of promotional mechanics
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Trade, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Media/Agency) to ensure flawless day‑to‑day execution

Launches, Promotions & Market Intelligence

  • Lead new product launches online, ensuring readiness of content, stock, pricing and activation
  • Plan, execute and evaluate promotional initiatives, including post-campaign performance reviews
  • Monitor market trends, competition and benchmarks, identifying new eRetail growth opportunities across Spain, France and Portugal

Reporting Line

  • The position reports directly to the eCommerce Lead SEC

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles (eCommerce Key Account Management / Digital Sales / Marketplace management)
  • Strong knowledge of marketplaces and digital pure players and their commercial levers
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of Amazon dynamics (Vendor Central / Seller Central)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, agile, hands‑on and growth‑oriented
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • French and/or Portuguese are considered a plus

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience in ePharma and/or TikTok Shop
  • Background in FMCG, Beauty or Health
  • Experience in international environments and/or multi‑country account management
  • Exposure to multichannel/omnichannel commercial organizations
  • French and/or Portuguese
