Job summary

Concentrix CVG Corporation in Valencia is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative (Dutch-speaking) for a hybrid role. You will handle post-sales inquiries via calls, emails, and chat while driving cross-sell opportunities.

The position requires strong Dutch and English, plus at least 1 year of relevant experience and IT/product interest. The role offers a full-time, 39-hour week with base pay and performance bonuses, plus a comprehensive training program and career development

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Dutch and fluent in English.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques (upsell/cross-sell).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chat, and tasks.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
• Make outbound calls when needed to resolve issues.
• Create quotes and pursue cross-/upsell opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of store portfolio and post-sales processes.
• Manage post-sale tasks like cancellations, claims, orders, refunds.
• Use CRM and Order Status Suite with high-quality service.
