Concentrix in Valencia is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative (Dutch-speaking) for a hybrid role. You will handle inbound post-sales requests, respond to queries, and proactively drive cross-selling while maintaining knowledge of the Store portfolio and post-sales processes.

The position offers a 39-hour work week, base salary of 20,000€ gross/year plus 2,000€ gross/year bonus, and a hybrid Valencia office location with training and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Dutch and English fluency required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques (upselling, cross-selling, objection handling).
• Customer-driven with motivation to work in sales.
• Achievement and target orientation.
• IT knowledge and understanding of IT products.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound post-sales requests via calls, emails, chat, and tasks.
• Respond quickly to inbound queries.
• Make outbound calls to resolve issues across internal units.
• Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling / upselling.
• Maintain knowledge of the Store portfolio and post-sales processes.
• Initiate and manage post-sales tasks: cancellations, claims, orders, refunds and escalations using CRM tools.
