Concentrix Spain is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative (Dutch-speaking) in Valencia on a hybrid basis. You will handle qualified inbound calls and manage accounts of gold customers and partners.

You will perform outbound calls to develop new business, update the CRM with customer interactions, and provide feedback on sales activity. The role requires Dutch (proficient/bilingual) and advanced English, with at least 1 year of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual Dutch with advanced English.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation, strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work toward goals with negotiation, teamwork, motivation and prioritization.
• Demonstrates innovation and sound judgment/problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound calls for commercial business development of online customers.
• Account management of gold customers and partners.
• Perform outbound calls to develop and acquire new business.
• Log all customer contacts in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback on sales activity.
