NewCo Communications in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to support international brands across phone, email and other channels. You will deliver outstanding service and resolve inquiries while adhering to internal processes.

The role offers hybrid work, paid training, and strong career growth within a multicultural team. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; prior service experience is welcome, with full training provided.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Professional working mindset and communication.
• Customer service experience is an advantage; training provided.

• Comfort with using multiple computer systems.
• Ability to multitask with high accuracy.
• Flexibility to work shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsabilidades
