Job summary

Set and Match is seeking a driven sales professional to win new business in the German-speaking market, helping accommodation providers across Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland grow their business.

You will manage meetings, demonstrate how our hospitality technology improves performance, and build a robust pipeline through proactive outreach. Expect coaching, a collaborative team culture, and a strong OTE-based compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of successful sales experience in SaaS, software or services.
• Confidence with short sales cycles, SME customers and CRM tools.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A curious, organised and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage online and in-person meetings with prospective customers, from discovery to negotiation and close.
• Clearly demonstrate how technology can help accommodation providers improve their commercial performance.
• Build pipeline through proactive outreach, including calls and emails.
• Attend around one or two industry events or trade fairs each year.
• Track your pipeline carefully and work towards ambitious monthly revenue targets.
