Job summary

Smartness seeks a Junior Account Manager for the DACH market to build long-term relationships with hotel owners and managers. You will analyse KPIs, market trends, and customer data to translate insights into practical recommendations and drive adoption of our hospitality SaaS platform.

You will combine relationship management with business consulting, data analysis, and industry knowledge, ultimately becoming a trusted partner for clients across the DACH region.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English proficiency for direct client engagement.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, hotel ops, travel-tech, or related customer roles.
• Strong ability to analyse KPIs, trends and convert data to actions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with DACH hospitality customers.
• Analyse performance data and market dynamics to recommend actions.
• Drive adoption of Smartness solutions and support decision making.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product and other teams.
