Lighthouse is seeking a high‑performing SaaS sales professional to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close. You will operate with a quota, build your own pipeline, and leverage an AI infrastructure for enablement, pre‑sales, and coaching to accelerate deal velocity.

You will run MEDDPICC‑driven processes, forecast with precision, and protect pricing on value while partnering with Product to gather market feedback and drive roadmap insights.

Formación

• 2–5 years in a closing sales role.
• SaaS experience is a must.
• Exceptional command of English and native German.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
• Ability to sell on value, not price.

Responsabilidades

• Own your territory and number; build a strategic plan and maintain pipeline.
• Hunt and build a pipeline through outbound sequences and events.
• Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC; leverage AI for prep, discovery, and coaching.
• Forecast with precision and protect pricing on value.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to influence roadmap and represent Lighthouse at events.
