Job summary

Set and Match is a fast-growing international hospitality technology company helping accommodation providers across Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland grow their business. We seek a driven sales professional to build relationships, run sharp product demos, and close deals with SMEs.

You will manage meetings, demonstrate how our tech boosts performance, and build a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach, while aiming for ambitious monthly revenue targets in a high-energy

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of successful sales experience in SaaS, software or services.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interest in hospitality, travel or hotel technology.
• Comfort with short sales cycles, SME customers and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage online and in-person meetings with prospective customers from discovery to close.
• Demonstrate how technology improves accommodation providers' performance.
• Build pipeline through proactive outreach via calls and emails.
• Attend industry events or trade fairs, about one to two yearly.
• Track pipeline and work toward ambitious monthly revenue targets.
