Job summary

Smartness is a fast-growing hospitality tech SaaS helping lodging providers increase revenues and direct bookings. We seek a DACH sales professional to drive growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, leveraging remote and in-person activity to broaden our footprint.

You will negotiate deals, attend trade fairs, and pursue new business via calls and emails, while analyzing your pipeline with modern tools. This role offers EUR-OTE with equity potential and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) and strong English (B2)
• 3–5 years SaaS or software/Services sales with proven quota attainment
• Experience selling to SMEs with short, intense sales cycles
• Data-driven mindset with CRM discipline and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Negotiate deals and manage a busy schedule of online and in-person meetings
• Attend trade fairs and organize on-site customer meetings
• Develop new business via cold calls and cold emails
• Regularly review pipeline using advanced sales tools and analytics
• Aim to reach and exceed ARR targets with an incentivized OTE
