Embat, one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups, is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the DACH region. You will generate and qualify leads, building a robust pipeline and collaborating with Sales Directors and Account Executives to advance opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SDR roles, are fluent in German and English, and thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment. The role offers a hybrid setup in Madrid and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Motivated, results‑oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• 2+ years in sales development or similar outbound lead generation roles.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, preferably in finance/fintech.
• Intensive German language, fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Embat products and understand how they meet client needs.
• Generate leads and provide data for outreach.
• Define and prioritize prospects based on relevance and market opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of engaged prospects with Account Executives.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and creative lead generation.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and contribute to marketing strategy.
