FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive who speaks Czech and English. This full-time, permanent role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a hybrid work model after onboarding and a €30,000 gross base salary plus uncapped commissions.

You will handle high-volume outbound calling, qualify prospects, run product demos, manage free trials, and drive MRR and subscription growth.

Formación

• Czech speaker required.
• Native or bilingual English.
• Must reside in Spain.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, call centre sales, lead generation or business development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through the free-trial period.
• Convert free trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience team.
