FH Collective Academy, based in Madrid, seeks a results-driven Account Executive who speaks Czech to manage the full sales cycle and close subscriptions. You will conduct meetings, demos, and guide prospects through trials, with ambitious targets and uncapped commissions.

The role requires residing in Spain, a native-level English fluency, and 1–6 years of sales experience. Expect a hybrid setup after onboarding with travel and US hours alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Czech speaker with native or bilingual English and residency in Spain.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales or related roles.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free-trial period and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
