FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to own the customer journey from initial contact through close. The role requires Czech language skills and native/bilingual English, with residency in Spain and a hybrid work setup after onboarding.

Base salary is €30,000 gross per year, with uncapped commissions and progression opportunities within a performance-driven environment.

Formación

• Czech speaker required for daily communication.
• Native or bilingual English.
• Located in Spain; Madrid residency is mandatory.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in Account Executive, BDR/ SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and KPI-driven performance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free-trial period and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track KPIs and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity.
• Coordinate handover to the Customer Experience team.
