FH Collective Academy in Madrid seeks a results-driven Account Executive who speaks Czech and English to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will handle 80–100 outbound calls daily, conduct meetings and product demos, guide customers through trials, and convert trials into paid subscriptions.

This role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year with uncapped commissions and a hybrid work model after onboarding.

Formación

• Must be a Czech speaker and reside in Spain
• Native or bilingual English required
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience
• Experience in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales or related roles
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and meeting targets

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs
• Lead client meetings and product demonstrations
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paying customers
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets and track KPIs (calls, demos, trial-to-paid, MRR)
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity and hand over to Customer Experience team
