FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a Czech-speaking Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales. You will manage the customer journey from initial contact through meetings, product demos, free trials, and closing subscriptions.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year with uncapped commissions and clear progression. Onboarding is on-site for the first 4 weeks in Madrid, followed by a hybrid schedule with some on-site days and US time-zone alignment.

Formación

• Czech speaker requirement.
• Native or bilingual English required.
• Resident in Spain (mandatory).
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free-trial period and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity.
• Coordinate handover to Customer Experience team.
