FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, targeting Czech-speaking clients and leveraging native English, with 1–6 years of sales experience. You will drive outreach, product demos, and close subscriptions.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a €30,000 base, and a hybrid work model after onboarding, with 4 weeks on-site and ongoing on-site opportunities in Madrid.

Formación

• Czech speaker and resides in Spain (Madrid area).
• Native or bilingual English required.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and qualify prospects.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
