FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for the Czech market, from first contact to subscription close. This role requires native or bilingual Czech and English and a proven outbound/cold-calling background in a fast‑paced international environment.

You will hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post‑subscription, work within a hybrid Madrid-based setup, and align schedules with US time zones to maximize performance.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual Czech required.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency required.
• Experience in outbound prospecting or cold-calling.
• Reside in Spain; no relocation support.
• 1–6 years commercial sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle for Czech market from initial contact to subscription close.
• Handle 80–100 calls per day and meet KPI targets (calls, demos, MRR).
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Utilize system‑assigned leads effectively and pursue outbound opportunities.
