FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive who speaks Czech and English to join our sales team. This full-time role covers the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscriptions, with hands-on product demos and trial management.

You will need to handle high-volume outbound calls and hit monthly targets in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, with a clear progression path.

Formación

• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Czech speaker with native or bilingual English.
• Resident in Spain – mandatory.
• Strong closing mindset and KPI-driven performance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paying customers.
• Track KPIs and maintain CRM and pipeline.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
