FH Collective Academy is seeking a Czech-speaking Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in Madrid. This role blends outbound outreach with product demonstrations and tailored client solutions to grow revenue.

Based in Madrid with hybrid work, the position offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive onboarding, and ongoing training to develop your sales skills and career with our international team.

Formación

• Native or fluent Czech language required.
• Fluency in English is necessary for client communications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.
• Conduct product demonstrations and guide clients through free trials.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their business needs.
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls and sales activities.
• Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, conversions, and recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
