Cbtalents in Madrid is seeking a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, targeting the Czech market. The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid work model after onboarding.

Onboarding is on-site for the first four weeks, followed by a hybrid arrangement with occasional Madrid office presence required. Expect training, performance targets, and travel as needed to support US hours.

Formación

• Native or bilingual Czech.
• Native or bilingual English.
• Must already reside in Spain.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience in sales or outbound roles.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and high-volume communication.
• Strong KPI and results orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close.
• Contact potential customers in the Czech market.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and follow-ups.
• Manage free trials and support prospects through the decision-making process.
• Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day.
• Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions and revenue.
• Handover closed accounts to the Customer Experience team.
