Lingo-nova is seeking a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join our Madrid-based international sales team in a hybrid role. You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct product demos, and build strong client relationships to achieve targets.

Requirements include native Czech and fluent English, 1–6 years in sales or related fields, and residency in Spain. The role offers a base of €30,000 gross annually plus an uncapped commission plan with monthly targets and accelerators.

We're hiring a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain.

Location

• Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
• Permanent Contract

Compensation

• €30,000 gross annual base salary

• Uncapped commission plan

• Monthly target commission of €600, with performance multipliers:

  • 80% target: 1.3x commission
  • 100% target: 2x commission
  • 150%+ target: 3x commission

• Top performers also benefit from quarterly commission accelerators, offering even higher earning potential.
