Lingo-nova is seeking a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join its international sales team in Madrid, Spain. You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct product demos, and build strong client relationships.

The role requires fluent Czech and English, 1–6 years in sales, and residency in Spain. The position offers a hybrid work model, onboarding and training, career development, and a competitive uncapped commission plan.

• Currently residing in Spain.

We're hiring a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain.

Location

• Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
• Permanent Contract

Compensation

• €30,000 gross annual base salary
• Uncapped commission plan
• Monthly target commission of €600, with performance multipliers:
• 80% target: 1.3x commission
• 100% target: 2x commission
• 150%+ target: 3x commission
• Top performers also benefit from quarterly commission accelerators, offering even higher earning potential.
