We are recruiting Customer Support Advisors fluent in Spanish, Basque, and English for an on-site project in Barcelona, Spain, supporting a well-established international fashion retail brand.

In this role, you will assist online shoppers with inquiries related to purchases, product lines, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Your Role

The Offer

• Contract & Location: Permanent employment contract, full-time (39 hours/week) on-site in Barcelona, Spain.

• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 23:00.
