Kats Recruitment seeks a Customer Support Advisor for a fashion retail brand in Barcelona. You will handle inquiries in Spanish, Galician and English across phone, email and chat, ensuring a high-quality shopper experience on orders, deliveries and returns.

The role is on site with 39 hours per week, rotating shifts from 09:00 to 23:00, and includes a structured training program and private health insurance.

Job Description

We are recruiting Customer Support Advisors fluent in Spanish, Galician, and English for an on-site project in Barcelona, Spain, supporting a well-established international fashion retail brand.
In this role, you will assist online shoppers with inquiries related to purchases, product lines, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Your Role

• Provide customer support across phone, email, and chat in Spanish, Galician, and English.
  
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding online orders, purchases, and product details.
  
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, returns, exchanges, and after-sales requests.
  
• Offer clear information on store policies, promotions, and shopping procedures.
  
• Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally, taking ownership through to resolution.
  
• Maintain accurate case records and customer information within CRM systems.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
  

Your Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent Spanish and Galician (written and spoken).

The Offer

• Contract & Location: Permanent employment contract, full-time (39 hours/week) on-site in Barcelona, Spain.
  
• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 23:00.
